Born in Stockholm to Kurdish parents, disco enthusiast Zerya
spends half the year on the Oaxacan coast in Mexico and the other half in London. She started DJ-ing in Spain in 2002 and has been spreading her love for disco behind the decks ever since.
Apart from playing music, Zerya is also a TV and Radio journalist. She spent two summers in Ibiza working for Amnesia interviewing DJs.
She also hosted her own radio show at NTS in London.
Zerya curates a lively selection of disco & house creating a
fun and positive energy.
Zerya is resident DJ of the hugely popular party Domingo Disco in Zipolite and has played for Disco Dust and Sic in Mexico City.
Last summer Zerya played at Glastonbury, El Dorado, Secret
Garden Party and Wilde Möhre.
When Zerya isn't bringing joy through music on the dance floor, she uses sound to heal with her widely popular gong baths.
